2018-001 Fayette County Comprehensive Public Nuisance Abatement Ordinance

2021-01 - Creating within the Fayette County Code Enforcement Agency the “White Oak Creek-Dunloup Creek” (Scarbro, WV) Watershed Pollution Abatement Project and Site; Appointing a Project Manager for the Project; and Directing Preparations and Recommendations to this Agency for timely commencement and completion of a “Preliminary Site Assessment/Site Investigation” Plan.

2021- - Clarifying the Original Intent of the Unanimous Membership the Fayette County Code Enforcement Agency in adopting Fayette County Code Enforcement Agency Resolution No. 2019-02 that the Site and Abatement Project Commenced by that Resolution Extend to and Address all Acts or Conditions Causing or Contributing To the Suspected Conditions of Public Nuisance Within or Adversely Impacting on all or any portion of the entire “Upper Armstrong Creek Watershed;” Adopting this Resolution, nunc pro tunc, to March 7, 2019, the Effective Date of CEA Resolution 2019-02.
