The Prosecutor's Office works closely with the law enforcement community as an investigative and legal resource when there is a question regarding law interpretation. In addition, the office serves to represent the community
when seeking to hold those persons accountable that choose to offend the community. The office is not available to offer legal advice to the citizens nor serve as legal counsel for individuals.

Southbound: Exit I-79 S via exit 57 onto US-19. Continue on US-19 for 50 miles (Crossing through Braxton, Nicholas and Fayette Counties). Turn left at the first stoplight after crossing the New River Gorge Bridge onto N. Court St. Turn left at the stoplight onto East Maple Avenue. The office is located on the right side of the street.
Northbound: Exit 1-79N via exit 48 onto US-19. Continue on US-19 for 16 miles. Turn right at the first stoplight. Turn right left at the stoplight onto East Maple Avenue. The office is located on the right side of the street.
Eastbound: Exit I-64E/I-77S via exit 48 onto US-19. Continue on US-19 for 16 miles. Turn right at the first stoplight. Turn right left at the stoplight onto East Maple Avenue. The office is located on the right side of the street.
Westbound: Exit 1-64W via exit 48 onto US-19. Continue on US-19 for 16 miles. Turn right at the first stoplight. Turn right left at the stoplight onto East Maple Avenue. The office is located on the right side of the street.
