         All meetings are held in the County Commission Chambers, located on the first floor of the main courthouse. Unless otherwise noted, all meetings begin at 9:00 am and Zoom will be available.

  • ​ Agendas are closed two weeks prior to a meeting.  
  • ​ All supporting documents, including but not limited to draft support letters, project information,                                  documents for signature or review... must be submitted with your request.
  • Requests and documents can be:

                    - emailed (preferred) to fcc@fayettecountywv.gov​

                    - dropped off at the County Administrator's Office

                    - mailed to the Commission Address​.





​Financial Requests require a Funding Request Application.  Funding requests will be consider twice a

year in February and October, with application deadlines of February 1 and October 1.
